Description

Specific Responsibilities: This role will work collaboratively with Statistical Programmers, Biostatisticians, other Clinical and Project Management staff to meet project deliverables and timelines for statistical data analysis and reporting. This position will support multiple therapeutic areas in early development.

Primary responsibilities include: provides statistical consultation on trial design and study endpoints, calculates sample sizes and authors statistical analysis plans, utilizes knowledge of Regulatory requirements and guidance documents to provide statistical advice with respect to creating a clinical development program, and uses knowledge of literature to provide data analysis and presentation methods to support publications/presentations. Works on 4-6 clinical trials / projects as well as other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Leads a specific component of a departmental strategic initiative.

Typically requires a PhD with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience, or a Masters degree and 4 years relevant experience.
Experience in Oncology and/or HIV preferred.

Requirements

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

Typically requires a BS degree in Biostatistics or equivalent and minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience, a MS degree in Biostatistics or equivalent and minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience, or a PhD degree in Biostatistics or equivalent and minimum 1 year of experience.
